Achieving True Self is looking for Behavior Consultants (BC) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to conduct assessments, design ABA treatment plans, and provide training and supervision to staff. The role involves working with young clients, parents, and caregivers to deliver evidence-based treatment and promote skill transfer. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in young lives and has a desire to train, supervise, and develop new staff members.
Requirements
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of full time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
- Minimum of 1 year full time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Ability to smile, laugh, have fun, play, be silly, nurture, have compassion, forgive, be present, be open, and make learning fun for your young clients
