Achieving True Self is looking for BC's and BCBA's to conduct assessments and design ABA treatment plans for young clients. BC's and BCBA's will provide training and supervision to BC's and BCBA supervisees and our Registered Behavior Technicians.
Requirements
- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of full time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
- Minimum of 1 year full time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training
- An inherent desire to train, supervise and develop new BHTs and RBTs
