Job Description
Achievers is seeking a Solutions Consultant to build relationships with clients and account executives, offering value-based demo presentations. This role involves prospecting, customizing demo content, working with the product team, and taking on administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a creative and people-focused professional who brings product demos to life and drives business development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a solution consultant (or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
- Knowledge of industry tools (Workday, Microsoft, UKG, SAP is a plus)
- Honed communication skills and comfort presenting to C-suite and decision makers
