Extended Learning, Support Teacher

Achievement Prep is seeking a Part-Time Extended Learning Support Teacher to provide additional support and enrichment opportunities to scholars ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to 7th Grades. The role involves providing targeted academic support, physical enrichment, and social-emotional skill development in a learning environment that prepares students to excel as high-achieving scholars and leaders.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Commitment to Achievement Prep's vision and mission
• Child Development Credential, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience teaching or supporting students in K-12 settings; particularly in after-school or summer school programs, in underserved communities
• Experience with trauma-informed practices and strategies to support students' mental health and well-being
