Supervisor — Youth Care Specialist

The Supervisor will lead the performance management cycle for direct care staff while ensuring consistent implementation of youth treatment plans and TBRI across all shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• One year of direct care experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• One year of people management experience preferred.
• One year experience in TBRI or other similar models of care preferred.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be willing to transport clients.
