Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to lead initiatives that drive sales acceleration & sales process optimisation. This role focuses on identifying performance gaps, setting goals, and creating strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness, requiring strong business acumen and data-focused decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales strategy, performance analysis, or business operations
- Strong command over sales processes, data analytics, and customer segmentation
- Experience with CRM systems & BI tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive complex, cross regional projects
