Payment Analyst - Fintech

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join their Operations team. The role involves managing and optimizing the entire payment process, enhancing payment workflows, and improving transaction success rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with payment platforms, PSPs, and banking APIs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and self-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in a fast-paced tech, fintech, or e-commerce environment
• Familiarity with payment industry standards such as 3DS, Chargebacks, Gateways, and Issuer/Acquirer processes
