Compliance Officer - Escalation Management Unit

The Escalation Management Officer shall assist the unit's Team Leader in discharging the unit's responsibilities, including investigation of complex transactions, performing enhance due diligence, and providing guidance and resolutions to compliance and customer services teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team.
