Job Description
Accord is seeking a Sr Director of HR Operations to oversee all HR operational functions and support employees. This role involves implementing and monitoring compensation and benefits, managing performance, and ensuring HR systems are run efficiently. The Director will act as the main point of contact for HR operational initiatives and contribute to a healthy work environment. They will implement and monitor HR metrics and act as a coach for managers and employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of working experience in HR Operations
- 3+ years of working experience in a management/leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in IR/HR or related field
