Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotels
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
- Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/ hub OS
- Excellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills
