Requirements

• Experience and knowledge using SevenRooms desired but not essential if you have used similar reservation or guest management systems.
• Strong customer-facing service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a busy environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ample experience in front-of-house roles with a good understanding of FOH operations is highly beneficial.
