Job Description
We're looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street. As a Guest Services Officer, you will be part of the Front Office areas such as Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge, and will be responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, registering guests and assigning rooms, and more.
Requirements
- Secondary / High school education
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- No experience is required, training will be provided
