Venue Host

As a Venue Host at Baha Poolside Kitchen & Cocktails, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, bill processing, and ensuring service runs smoothly while maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

• Manage reservation systems, including booking, confirming and adjustments.
• Keep track of the dining area and bar, coordinating with servers and management to maintain flow.
• Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality, anticipating needs to enhance their experience.
• Engage with internal & external guests to promote Baha's offerings, events, and specials and to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with operations, administrative tasks, events and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
