Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing HVAC/Plumbing/process sales, and overseeing field labor. This role involves project management, financial management, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring of sales staff. Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class C driver's license
