Job Description
This role within the Finance department is responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization and subsidiaries. The Senior Manager, Finance partners with department heads and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, enhance financial transparency, and drive business performance. This role involves financial analysis, M&A due diligence, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance and Accounting, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience interacting with executive leadership
- 8+ years’ experience managing capital and operational budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is strongly preferred
