Administrative Coordinator

This Administrative Coordinator position provides jobsite support for project management, field staff, and engineering team members. The role involves general secretarial duties, managing documents, and coordinating logistics. Collaboration is emphasized with Acme's Glendale office for backup. Multiple project responsibilities are also assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Intermediate-plus proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel
• Two-plus years’ experience in the construction and/or contracting industry
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Regular overtime may be necessary
