Job Description
Maintain daily, monthly journal entries and month-end reconciliations, accounts payable and expenses for Accion's Latin America affiliate. Support audit requests, monthly tax processes, and month-end closing expenses. Provide backup for Accounts payable and Expense reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Proficient in English language skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of accounting, taxes, and organizational procedures
- Experience with accounting packages and software (NetSuite as a plus)
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications
