Recruiting & Learning Specialist (f/m/x)

We are a technology-driven strategy and management consultancy looking for a Recruiting & Learning Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. The role involves managing the full application process, supporting active sourcing efforts, shaping the future of our learning landscape, and contributing to people and culture projects.

Requirements

• Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
• Initial work experience in the HR field (1–2 years in an HR environment) or relevant practical experience from internships or working student positions
• Hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, initiative, sense of responsibility, and interest in HR strategies, tools, and digital processes
• Excellent German and English (at least C1 level)
