Requirements
- A completed university degree – ideally in Public Management, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of experience in management consulting or in a senior leadership role within the public sector – with a strong consulting focus.
- Direct and trusted access to decision-makers at selected target clients.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative structures, digitalization initiatives, and transformation processes in the public sector.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and projects in the public domain.
- Familiarity with key stakeholders, funding mechanisms, and reform trends in the public sector, particularly in the DACH region.
- Demonstrated experience in public administration digitalization, strategy development and implementation, process optimization and change management, funding and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and strategic vision while fostering sustainable team development.
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 according to CEFR).
- Availability for travel within the DACH region.
