Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist preferred
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor accepted
- Expert skill in directing, guiding, teaching, and leading clinical staff
- Deep belief in Mental Health Recovery and Person Center Planning
- Extensive knowledge of evidence based practices including treatment modalities, diagnosis, assessment and crisis intervention techniques
- Proven ability to recruit, train, promote and motivate personnel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret productivity, quality of care and outcome data
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation and behavioral health treatment service delivery
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and organizational skills
- Passion about the work and the Human Service field
- Sound judgment and ethical behavior and decision-making skills
