Foster care involves providing temporary, safe, and nurturing care to children placed in a foster home, assisting with daily living, and advocating for the child's well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to family and a willingness to help children overcome challenges. The onboarding specialist walks potential applicants through the entire process.
