Requirements

- Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target HCPs
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused messages
- Strategically plan and execute territory business plans
- Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Address customer concerns quickly
- Analyze sales potential and optimize outreach to maximize results
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Participate in local and national patient advocacy events
- Stay informed about market trends and Acadia's products
- Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and compliance in all responsibilities
- Actively pursue personal and professional development
