Supervisor Patient Support

Supervisor Patient Support provides direct, supervises and coordinates the activities of a patient support team, overseeing admitting and discharging, monitoring patient well-being, and preparing records of progress.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human service field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two or more years' experience with the population of the facility in a patient support role required.
• One or more years' experience as a lead or previous supervisory experience required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
• Valid state driver's license required in some facilities.
