Director - Case Management

Direct and provide clinical leadership to the continuing care and care management function at a facility. Manage resources and expenses, recommend and implement changes to the processes/methods utilized by the care management team. Facilitate the operation of the continuing care program in collaboration with the leadership of the facility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing (NP or Master’s level RN with emphasis in Psychiatric Nursing) required.
• Six or more years’ clinical experience in care management, utilization review or case management required.
• Prior leadership experience in a behavioral health setting with demonstrated expertise considering patient’s age, gender, developmental level and cultural/religious issues required.
