The Business Development Representative will expand lines of service by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources.
Requirements
- Collaborate with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and management
- Develop strong relationships with key referral sources
- Identify opportunities for partnering and growth
- Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process
- Travel frequently within the community
- Utilize analytic tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively plan and evaluate activity
- Represent the facility in professional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
