Job Description
The Beautiful AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to assist with guest satisfaction, audit accounts, and act as the third shift Front Desk Agent.
Requirements
- Assist guests in a sincere and courteous manner
- Register and process guests promptly upon arrival and departure
- Verify charges to guest accounts are correct
- Complete credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no-show billings
- Receive and process telephone and walk-in reservations
