Requirements
- Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs.
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness before, during and after each shift.
- Read a Banquet Event Order, answer guest questions, and go above and beyond to please guests.
- Assist managers and captains in setting up and breaking down functions while enforcing policies and procedures.
- Extend courtesy and goodwill to everyone at all times, making the guest event memorable.
