Outside Sales Representative

This is a full-time outside sales representative position with Pavement Resources, requiring a driven and relationship-oriented sales professional to own growth across their territory for pavement maintenance, asphalt resurfacing, and new construction services.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of B2B field sales experience
• Background in construction, paving, civil, or aggregates industries strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and comfort traveling within assigned territory
• Organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
