ABM, the nationally leading provider of Facility Services, is seeking a Facilities Occupancy Planner to join their facilities management team. The role involves analyzing space utilization, forecasting occupancy needs, and developing workplace strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field degree
• 3+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or workplace strategy
• Proficiency in space planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS systems)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
