Job Description
ABM Industries is seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our team. As a HVAC Journeyman you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service HVAC and related equipment.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ proven record in maintenance and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
- Journeyman certification required
- Preventative maintenance and service experience required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Building controls experience is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding Customer relations skills
- Proven ability to make independent decisions
- Knowledge and experience using basic Computer skills
- Attention to Detail
- Safety Oriented
- Proven ability to work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
