The Hawaii Region of ABM Parking Services has a full time opening for a Clerk to provide clerical support and assistance for the location.
Requirements
- Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting customers
- Processing SR/DR, Cash Ap, Credit Memos and ACDs
- Assisting with ticket audits, completion of daily reports and entering data into the database
- Filing, maintaining files and recordkeeping with confidentiality
- Generating monthly invoices
- Distributing incoming & outgoing mail and handling all miscellaneous clerical duties
- Coordinating functions with Manager
- Ensuring an efficient office operation by working with vendors
- Handling additional projects assigned by Manager
