Job Description
ABM is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Electrical Bias Engineer to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment in retail properties. The role involves fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance within a retail environment. ABM provides integrated facility services to a wide range of clients, focusing on cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable spaces.
Requirements
- City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Test & Inspection
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE
- Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training
- A demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering
- Customer service
- Logical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a team environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
