Job Description
Abilities First, Inc. is seeking a patient and energetic Speech Pathologist to join their Hyde Park School program. This position offers an opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team and focus on educational programming for school-age children. The role involves initial evaluations, program implementation, scheduling of caseload, and collaboration with counselors and teachers.
Requirements
- Completion of Master’s Degree Program from an accredited College/University.
- NYS Teacher Certification.
- Experience with oral motor, dysphagia, and augmentative communications (helpful)
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and maneuverability (pushing, pulling students, lifting, etc.).
