Job Description
We are a global telemedicine platform operating in 44 countries, seeking a Business Development Director to lead commercial growth in Hong Kong and Greater Asia.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in or with the Life, Health, and/or Travel insurance sectors
- Proven negotiation, closing and partnership-management skills with insurers or corporate clients
- Solid understanding of the insurance product lifecycle and distribution models (bancassurance, broker, digital, group)
- Good understanding of digital health products and the local policy environment in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, other regional languages are a plus
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships quickly and maintain them long-term
- Proficient with PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides, Word/Docs, and Excel/Sheets
