Business Analyst (User Tasks Procedure for Banking Industry)

ABeam Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to implement a new core banking system across APAC branches, establishing standardized procedures for various business areas. This role involves developing detailed plans, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication. The ideal candidate will have strong operational procedure development and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry or on the user/operations side of a bank.
• Strong expertise in document creation and logical thinking.
• Proven experience in creating, revising, reviewing, or approving banking operational procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, including remote and cross-border teams.
• Knowledge of core banking business flows and back-office operations.
• Experience with major banking systems such as Trade360 TPS, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE, or GLCS and managing small or distributed teams.
• Experience with RPA solutions.
