Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry or on the user/operations side of a bank.
- Strong expertise in document creation and logical thinking.
- Proven experience in creating, revising, reviewing, or approving banking operational procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, including remote and cross-border teams.
- Knowledge of core banking business flows and back-office operations.
- Experience with major banking systems such as Trade360 TPS, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE, or GLCS and managing small or distributed teams.
- Experience with RPA solutions.
