Job Description
Docketly is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for attorneys that have hearings posted by law firms. The company fosters a casual, open culture and invests in employee growth. Responsibilities include managing recruiting quotas, building client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Requirements
- Contacts attorney leads through cold calling, emailing, or referral methods
- Maintains a given monthly recruiting quota
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Actively identifies emerging markets
- Recruits eligible attorneys to sign up
- Answers incoming calls regarding hearings and schedules
