We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our Revenue Operations team as the Sr. Director, Demand Operations & Effectiveness. The successful candidate will build and lead a global function unifying SDR Operations, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology, and will be responsible for architecting the systems, rhythms, and processes that transform top-of-funnel interest into high-quality pipeline.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue, Demand, or Growth Operations within high-velocity SaaS or digital sales environments.
- Proven leadership across SDR and Marketing Operations, with experience building global functions.
- Deep understanding of GTM funnels, lead lifecycle, conversion optimization, and performance governance.
- Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and operational background, with experience managing funnel models, capacity plans, and KPIs.
- Hands-on fluency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms; knowledge of lead routing tools and workflow systems.
- A builder's mindset—thrives in white space and scaling functions from 0 → 1.
- High adaptability, entrepreneurial drive, and demonstrated cross-functional influence.
