Job Description
Abacus Technology Corporation is a Federal government contractor offering enterprise IT services and solutions. The Quality Assurance Manager II will review telecom projects, conduct site visits, recommend improvements to meet standards, and maintain QA processes. This role involves identifying and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in quality assurance for IT and telecommunications programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Security+ certification (or equivalent BICSI certification)
- BICSI Technician certification
- Proficiency in developing QA metrics and tracking performance
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Proficient with quality management systems (QMS)
- Proficient with risk assessments and process auditing methodologies
- Proficient with U.S. citizenship and current Secret clearance
- Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
