Requirements

• Manage end-to-end delivery of individual large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently achieved
• Coordinate closely with Engagement PMs to translate client requirements into clear delivery objectives and milestones
• Implement project governance frameworks including RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct detailed resource planning, capacity management, and risk assessments
• Champion Agile methodologies within assigned projects; ensure backlog refinement and sprint execution quality
• Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring accurate project health reporting and timely risk mitigation
