Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design
- Fluent with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating delivered products and business impact
- Solid understanding of UX research, usability testing, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadline
