Job Description
AArete is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Payment Intelligence to lead the development, identification, and remediation of claims payment accuracy issues for client clients. This role requires expertise in claims processing, analytics, automation, and contract management, with a focus on ensuring proper claims payment through robust methods like IPS/OPPS, fee for service, and group pay. The ideal candidate will provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of claims management processes and streamline payment workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a consulting, provider revenue cycle, or payment integrity role.
- Expertise in claims processing across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA/Marketplace, Commercial, and Duals.
- Experience across various spend areas, including professional, ancillary, outpatient, and inpatient services.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and basic/intermediate SQL
