Salesforce Developer + OmniStudio

AArete is a global, innovative management and technology consulting firm seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with OmniStudio expertise to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on OmniStudio. The role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation tools
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce objects, custom metadata, and business logic
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
