Salesforce Architect

AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP), Omni Studio, Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare or payer environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps
• Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations or enterprise assessments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
