Consultant, Claims Analytics

AArete is a global, innovative management and technology consulting firm seeking a Consultant, Claims Analytics to support analytic engagements in healthcare claims data, identify cost and utilization trends, and enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, claims analytics, actuarial analysis, or payer/provider operations with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with healthcare claims data or health plan datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
• Experience with Snowflake, Python, Excel, or similar analytics tools
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic understanding of healthcare reimbursement concepts and claims data structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear and structured way
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
