Senior Contracts Manager role involves leading the full lifecycle of government, commercial, and international contracting, including proposal support, negotiation, contract management, compliance, and administration.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or legal support roles
- 5+ years' of professional experience in proposing, negotiating and managing US Government/DoD contracts
- USG procurement regulations, First-hand USG Contract negotiation experience, Drafting and Reviewing/Redlining Teaming Agreements and Subcontractor Agreements
