Job Description
AAA Life Insurance Company is seeking a Sales Forecast Analyst to develop and maintain sales forecasts across all sale channels, including Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online. This role is critical in shaping the company’s marketing strategy through in-depth analysis of sales trends and patterns.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive sales forecast that integrates data from Direct Marketing, Agent-Sold, and Online channels.
- Collaborate with team members on the creation and maintenance of Forecast Reporting and tracking in PowerBI.
- Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Actuarial teams, to align forecasts with business objectives, strategies, and market conditions.
- Maintain and document all assumptions for forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency.
- Participate in the annual sales planning process.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and seasonality to provide actionable insights that enhance forecast reliability and business strategy.
- Communicate forecast results and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
