AAA Life is seeking a determined and knowledgeable Life Insurance Claims Manager who thrives in a changing environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong communication skills, capable of organizing multiple priorities, inspiring the team to deliver quick, accurate, fair and compassionate service to members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Successful completion of LOMA, FMLI, ICA or CSA courses preferred
• 10+ years in Life Insurance claims
• Determination to deliver results
• Experience managing people (5+ years experience in leadership roles)
• Claims investigation – experience solving complex problems, developing strategies and improving processes
