Case Support Specialist - Claims

AAA Life is seeking a Case Support Specialist to coordinate individual life insurance and annuity applications or claim files. The role will work with various stakeholders to gather documents and information, and provide customer service to agents, applicants, and beneficiaries.

Requirements

• High school education plus equivalent experience / Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a life insurance agency or carrier operations
• 5 years’ experience in a process-oriented role
• 2 years’ experience in Life Insurance industry
