Job Description
The Microsoft M365 Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the agency's M365 environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation. This role focuses on deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of cloud services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, along with teams across all Microsoft 365 tools. The administrator is responsible for user access, security, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of M365 services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
- Provide Tier II/III support for M365-related issues.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 services.
- Implement and maintain security configurations.
- Develop and test backup and disaster recovery solutions.
