Job Description
The McMurray Group of Companies is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Operation Manager in the Vancouver Island area to manage restaurants in Victoria and other cities. This role involves ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards, as well as team development and financial growth. The company is a management company of A&W Restaurant franchises.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 20 days per month
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Expertise in restaurant positions
- Knowledge of operating systems and standards
- Professional accounting and administrative skills
